🔄 Return & Refund Policy

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To qualify, items must be:

  • In the same condition you received them — clean, unused, and without damage.
  • Packed in the original box with all parts.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

👉 To start a return, simply email us at support@arunaura.com. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and clear instructions. Please note, items sent back without approval cannot be accepted.

🛠 Damages & Issues

If your product arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us right away. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

🔄 Exchanges

Want a different size or style? The quickest way is to return your current order and place a new one after your refund is processed.

🇪🇺 EU Customers

If your order ships to the European Union, you’re entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. You may cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Please note your bank or card provider may take extra time to post the refund.)
