- Important: Without the unboxing video, we may be unable to process your claim. Please ensure you record the video while unboxing your order.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and verify the damaged product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment.
IMPORTANT - INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES:
Please note that import duties, taxes, and fees may be applied by your destination country upon delivery. We do not cover or reimburse these additional charges. As these fees vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing your order.
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid duties or taxes, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping costs and any duties incurred. Alternatively, we can reship the order at the customer’s expense.
